C) Registering & Payment

     Camp placements are handled in the order they are received. To ensure your camp placement, don't delay your registration. After March 1st, all camp fees must be paid in full. No deposits; all fees must be in with any new registrations.

D) Confirmation

     Your registration is confirmed when your cheque/check clears the bank. You will not receive written confirmation as all necessary information is located on this website. If you did not get into a program or location of your choice you will be notified by phone or e-mail. Boarding students WILL receive boarding confirmation in advance of your chosen session.

E) Refund Policy

1. $150.00 deposit is non refundable.
2. Once camp begins there are no refunds of any kind. However, Steve may, on an individual case basis, decide to apply a credit towards future camps.
3. Cancellations before camp begins will result in a lost deposit as per item # 1 and any funds on account beyond that will be refunded as per item # 4 below.
4. There are no cash refunds or any refunds credited back to credit cards. Any credit given will be in the form credit towards upcoming camps.

     Please make a note of times, dates and locations so you do not forget which camp you have enrolled in!
